[HCM - March 2026] Siam Reiki level 1

Students will study 1 day of theory, 1 day of hands-on practice, and receive a total of 4 attunement ceremonies. After Reiki Level 1, participants are able to perform Reiki healing on themselves and others.

Course content includes:

- The history of Reiki and an introduction to the Siam Reiki quality-control system

- Overview of Reiki and other energy-healing modalities in the global market

- Understanding the differences between Siam Reiki and other energy therapies

- The physical benefits of Reiki treatments

- Basic understanding of the Chakras and the energy system within and around the body

- Standard hand positions

- Preparing a healing space and energy-safety guidelines

- Self-healing practices

- Sensing the flow and stop of Reiki energy

- Practical experience with guidance from the teacher
